Our property portfolio predominantly comprises real estate investments in Singapore, Australia and New Zealand. We consider projects of different cycles, from short term investments through to horizons spanning several decades. This includes commercial, retail and residential assets, as well as townships in growing urban areas. As a leading shareholder of Certified B Corp, Sedar Properties, we believe in adding value to communities and are committed to good design, quality builds and continuous learning. We have prioritised decarbonising our portfolio - encompassing both operational and embodied carbon - and adopting new solutions.
RUMAH INVESTMENTS
Resource degradation and the impacts of climate change are becoming increasingly critical. We believe in investing for the future, and assessing technologies and platforms that we hope to see a growing demand for in years to come. Our interest areas include sustainable building materials, alternative proteins, circular economy, nature-based solutions and advocacy. Our team is deeply passionate about people and nature. We leverage a combination of community, market and policy-based interventions that include education, research, advocacy, community engagement and innovation; and provide tailored support to partners to maximise their outcomes.
